Will the BLUETTI PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel work with the BLUETTI AC200L?

Yes. One BLUETTI PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel works with the BLUETTI AC200L: about 45.3 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 145 V limit, and about 100 W in full sun. Two panels: works (2 panels in parallel on DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable)), about 200 W.

Verdict

Works

1 x PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel into the AC200L (1 panel on DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable)) stays inside 12 to 145 V and under 15 A, even at 20F.

  • BLUETTI's manual says to wire the panels in series. With a 145V limit, the AC200L takes far longer strings than the 60V stations.
  • Use at least 100W of panels.
  • 41.4 V open circuit is high for a 100 W panel: two in series reach 82.8 V, more than most stations take.
  • The BLUETTI US store sells it only in sets of 2 or more.
Cables to buy
  • Use the solar charging cable that came with the station (MC4 on the panel side).

Quick answers

Will the BLUETTI PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel work with the BLUETTI AC200L?

Yes. One BLUETTI PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel works with the BLUETTI AC200L: about 45.3 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 145 V limit, and about 100 W in full sun. Two panels: works (2 panels in parallel on DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable)), about 200 W.

Can I connect two PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel panels to the AC200L?

Yes, 2 panels in parallel on DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable). That gives about 200 W.

What cable do I need to connect the PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel to the AC200L?

Use the solar charging cable that came with the station (MC4 on the panel side).

Is it safe on a cold morning?

Panel voltage rises in the cold. One PV100 FX Flexible Solar Panel goes from 41.4 V on its label to about 45.3 V at 20°F and 46.7 V at 0°F. The AC200L accepts up to 145 V on the DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable).

Rules we applied
  • BLUETTI AC200L: solar input 12 to 145 V on the Solar in (DC input (via DC input cable + solar charging cable)). BLUETTI sets this limit on open-circuit voltage (Voc), so we hold the panels' Voc on your coldest morning to it.
  • Cold raises panel voltage: we add 0.30% per °C below 77F (25°C), a typical figure, since this panel does not publish its own. At 20F one panel's 41.4 V becomes 45.3 V.
  • Current over the 15 A cap is safe: the station takes 15 A and you get fewer watts. We count only the capped watts.
  • Max 1,200 W on this input.
Assumptions
  • Cold-morning voltage uses 0.30% per °C, typical for crystalline panels. This panel's own value is not published.
  • Expected watts are the best case in full sun. Real-world midday output is usually 60 to 80% of that.
