What we collect

Browsing the site: nothing that identifies you. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by RidgeWatt. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security and to fix errors. The site runs behind Cloudflare, which processes requests to protect and deliver it.

Clicks on store links: when you click a link to a store or Amazon, your browser tells our server which link it was and on which page, so we know which pages help people. We keep only a daily count per link and page: no IP address, no cookie, nothing that says who clicked.

Price alerts: if you set one, we store your email address, the station and the price you chose, when you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you signed up from (to stop abuse). That is all.

Preferences: the light or dark theme you pick is saved in your own browser, not sent to us.

How we use it

Your email is used for one thing: the alert you asked for. First we send one email asking you to confirm. If you do not confirm within 7 days, we delete the address. Once confirmed, you get one email when the price reaches your target, and then that alert ends. No newsletter, no marketing, no sharing.

Emails are delivered by Resend, an email service that processes the address only to send our message. Every email has a link that deletes all your alerts at once.

Links to stores

Some links to brand stores and Amazon are affiliate links: if you buy, the store may pay us a commission. When you click one, you are on the store's site and its own privacy policy and cookies apply. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. How affiliate links work here.

Your choices

To remove your alerts, use the unsubscribe link in any alert email. To see or delete anything we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
