Will the Rich Solar MEGA 100 FLEX work with the BLUETTI EP500Pro?

Yes. One Rich Solar MEGA 100 FLEX works with the BLUETTI EP500Pro: about 22.3 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 150 V limit, and about 100 W in full sun. Two panels: works (1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input), about 200 W.

Verdict

Works

1 x MEGA 100 FLEX into the EP500Pro (1 panel on PV input) stays inside 12 to 150 V and under 12 A, even at 20F.

Quick answers

Will the Rich Solar MEGA 100 FLEX work with the BLUETTI EP500Pro?

Yes. One Rich Solar MEGA 100 FLEX works with the BLUETTI EP500Pro: about 22.3 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 150 V limit, and about 100 W in full sun. Two panels: works (1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input), about 200 W.

Can I connect two MEGA 100 FLEX panels to the EP500Pro?

Yes, 1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input. That gives about 200 W.

What cable do I need to connect the MEGA 100 FLEX to the EP500Pro?

Use the solar charging cable that came with the station (MC4 on the panel side).

Is it safe on a cold morning?

Panel voltage rises in the cold. One MEGA 100 FLEX goes from 20.4 V on its label to about 22.3 V at 20°F and 23 V at 0°F. The EP500Pro accepts up to 150 V on the PV input.

Rules we applied
  • BLUETTI EP500Pro: solar input 12 to 150 V on the Solar in 1 (PV input). BLUETTI sets this limit on open-circuit voltage (Voc), so we hold the panels' Voc on your coldest morning to it.
  • Cold raises panel voltage: we add 0.30% per °C below 77F (25°C), a typical figure, since this panel does not publish its own. At 20F one panel's 20.4 V becomes 22.3 V.
  • Current over the 12 A cap is safe: the station takes 12 A and you get fewer watts. We count only the capped watts.
  • Max 1,200 W on this input, 2,400 W across all inputs.
Assumptions
  • Cold-morning voltage uses 0.30% per °C, typical for crystalline panels. This panel's own value is not published.
  • Expected watts are the best case in full sun. Real-world midday output is usually 60 to 80% of that.
