Will the BLUETTI PV200D work with the BLUETTI EP500Pro?

Yes. One BLUETTI PV200D works with the BLUETTI EP500Pro: about 26.9 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 150 V limit, and about 198 W in full sun. Two panels: works (1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input), about 396 W.

Works

1 x PV200D into the EP500Pro (1 panel on PV input) stays inside 12 to 150 V and under 12 A, even at 20F.

Quick answers

Will the BLUETTI PV200D work with the BLUETTI EP500Pro?

Yes. One BLUETTI PV200D works with the BLUETTI EP500Pro: about 26.9 V on a 20°F morning against the station's 150 V limit, and about 198 W in full sun. Two panels: works (1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input), about 396 W.

Can I connect two PV200D panels to the EP500Pro?

Yes, 1 panel on PV input + 1 panel on PV input. That gives about 396 W.

What cable do I need to connect the PV200D to the EP500Pro?

The panel's plug type is not confirmed yet. Check the label or the box before buying a cable.

Is it safe on a cold morning?

Panel voltage rises in the cold. One PV200D goes from 24.6 V on its label to about 26.9 V at 20°F and 27.8 V at 0°F. The EP500Pro accepts up to 150 V on the PV input.

Rules we applied
  • BLUETTI EP500Pro: solar input 12 to 150 V on the Solar in 1 (PV input). BLUETTI sets this limit on open-circuit voltage (Voc), so we hold the panels' Voc on your coldest morning to it.
  • Cold raises panel voltage: we add 0.30% per °C below 77F (25°C), a typical figure, since this panel does not publish its own. At 20F one panel's 24.6 V becomes 26.9 V.
  • Current over the 12 A cap is safe: the station takes 12 A and you get fewer watts. We count only the capped watts.
  • Max 1,200 W on this input, 2,400 W across all inputs.
Assumptions
  • Cold-morning voltage uses 0.30% per °C, typical for crystalline panels. This panel's own value is not published.
  • Expected watts are the best case in full sun. Real-world midday output is usually 60 to 80% of that.
