Will the BLUETTI PV200D work with the BLUETTI AC200P?

No. Open-circuit voltage 24.6V is below the 35V minimum for this input, so it will not start charging. Two panels: works (2 panels in series on Solar input), about 396 W.

Quick answers

Will the BLUETTI PV200D work with the BLUETTI AC200P?

No. Open-circuit voltage 24.6V is below the 35V minimum for this input, so it will not start charging. Two panels: works (2 panels in series on Solar input), about 396 W.

Can I connect two PV200D panels to the AC200P?

Yes, 2 panels in series on Solar input. That gives about 396 W.

Is it safe on a cold morning?

Panel voltage rises in the cold. One PV200D goes from 24.6 V on its label to about 26.9 V at 20°F and 27.8 V at 0°F. The AC200P accepts up to 150 V on the Solar input.

Rules we applied
  • BLUETTI AC200P: solar input 35 to 150 V on the Solar in (Solar input). BLUETTI sets this limit on open-circuit voltage (Voc), so we hold the panels' Voc on your coldest morning to it.
  • Cold raises panel voltage: we add 0.30% per °C below 77F (25°C), a typical figure, since this panel does not publish its own. At 20F one panel's 24.6 V becomes 26.9 V.
  • Current over the 12 A cap is safe: the station takes 12 A and you get fewer watts. We count only the capped watts.
  • Max 700 W on this input.
Assumptions
  • Cold-morning voltage uses 0.30% per °C, typical for crystalline panels. This panel's own value is not published.
  • Expected watts are the best case in full sun. Real-world midday output is usually 60 to 80% of that.
